Terms and Conditions

All fees are to be paid before or on the start date of the payment block.  Any fees remaining unpaid two weeks after the commencement of a payment block will be subject to a surcharge of 25%. Any fees remaining unpaid after 4 weeks of issue may result in the pupil being asked to leave the school. Weekly payments are not permitted. Special arrangements can be arranged, but must be agreed with the Principal.  Payment blocks are for ten weeks.

Lessons not attended will be counted as taken, although the Principal reserves the right to deal exceptionally with cases of continued ill health.

The Principal should be notified of change of contact details as soon as possible.

Classes should not be taken with any other teacher without the express consent of the Principal

The School uniform must be worn at all times. None uniform items will not be permitted. Hair should be tied back neatly, and in a bun if possible. Jewellery of any kind (other than stud earrings) should not be worn for safety reasons.

Dancing is a physical skill. In order to help and facilitate the student’s learning the teacher may occasionally physically guide a movement by touch. This will be in a professional manner and the intention of the contact will be made clear.

Dancing is a performance art and as such photographs and video may be taken from time to time.  Photo consent forms are available for download here and must be complete by all pupils in the School.  Failure to do so may result in the pupil being asked to leave the School.  Photo consent forms will be perpetual once signed and will only become invalid if the pupil leaves the School.  If the pupil then rejoins the School at a later date a new photo consent form should be signed.
