Ballet Uniform Order Form - This contains the main items required for the ballet classes. Other items not found here can be ordered on the General Uniform Order Form

Tap Uniform Order Form - This contains the main items required for the tap and modern classes. Other items not found here can be ordered on the General Uniform Order Form

General Uniform Order Form - This is for all other uniform items

Payment Arrangement Form - This is for those parents whose bill is over £100 and wish to pay in installments

Photo Consent Form - This is to allow the school to use photos of pupils for the website, press etc.
